Journaling UX - H543 Interaction Design Methods
Scope of the Project:
Throughout the semester, we were asked to identify real-world usability issues that we encountered, collect data about the issue to identify key challenges/pain points, and make design recommendations based on the data you gather. Selecting any type of usability issue, whether it occurs in a software interface, system, physical product, or real-world scenario. These were tied to a real-world problem or scenario that we have experienced first-hand and may potentially impact a larger group of users.

A Usability Issue with Mickey Mouse
Upon looking for tickets to visit Walt Disney World over the summer, I was met with a plethora of frustrations with the website. As I was actually visiting family, I did not have my laptop with me, instead I was using my iPad and my iPhone. I struggled to find pricing options and after a frustrating time, decided that it was best to visit Disney Springs instead.
